Larger Programmes
Larger transformations, migrations and multi-workstream programmes are scoped individually. DCSolution does not publish a headline transformation price because programme size, data, integrations, products, testing, migration and client-side responsibilities can materially change the effort required.
Where a larger programme is appropriate, the initial engagement will normally establish a credible scope, delivery approach and commercial model before the client commits to the wider work.
