How We Work
A Straightforward Delivery Process.
Enough structure to protect scope, quality and budget without turning a specialist engagement into unnecessary administration.
From Requirement To Completion
01 — Discuss
Understand the business problem, current Salesforce environment, urgency, stakeholders and whether DCSolution is an appropriate fit.
02 — Scope
Define expected deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria and likely delivery approach.
03 — Agree
Confirm the Statement of Work, pricing basis, payment arrangements and any required MSA, NDA or DPA documentation.
04 — Mobilise
Confirm access, contacts, governance, delivery tracking, project records and the practical information needed to begin.
05 — Deliver
Complete the agreed work with visible progress, proportionate documentation and regular communication around issues and decisions.
06 — Control Change
Assess new requirements against the agreed scope. Material changes to effort, price or timetable are agreed before additional work starts.
07 — Validate
Test and demonstrate the delivered outcome against the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
08 — Accept & Handover
Complete agreed handover, client acceptance, access clean-up and final project reconciliation.
Change Is Expected. Surprise Cost Is Not.
Salesforce projects change. New information appears, priorities move and technical dependencies are uncovered. The purpose of change control is not to prevent that change; it is to make its impact visible before it affects budget or timeline.
A change may be initiated by the client or identified during delivery. If it sits outside the agreed Statement of Work, DCSolution will explain the scope difference and, where material, provide the expected commercial and timing impact for approval before proceeding.

Project Governance
Scope Tracking
Delivery items remain linked to the agreed scope and approved changes.
RAID & Decisions
Risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and key decisions are recorded where they materially affect delivery.
Testing & Acceptance
Testing is tied to the work being delivered and acceptance is documented where appropriate.
Time & Billing
Billable time, agreed milestones and approved expenses are reconciled before invoicing.
