Privacy Policy
Privacy Information.
This notice explains how DCSolution uses personal information when people visit the website, make an enquiry, become a client, supplier or business contact, or otherwise interact with the consultancy.
Who We Are
DCSolution is the trading name of Dynamic Corporate Solution, registered in England and Wales under company number 07150465. For the processing described in this notice, DCSolution is normally the controller. Privacy enquiries may be sent to Info@DCSOlution.co.uk.
Information We May Collect
We may collect business contact details, enquiry and correspondence information, client and supplier records, contractual and billing information, website or technical information necessary for site operation, and information supplied in connection with a professional-services engagement. We do not intentionally request special-category or criminal-offence data through the public website.
Why We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess and manage prospective engagements, enter into and perform contracts, provide professional services, administer projects and billing, maintain business records, meet legal and regulatory obligations, protect our systems and business, and manage legitimate business relationships.
Lawful Bases
Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting a professional consultancy and maintaining appropriate business relationships. Where consent is required, we will rely on consent and you may withdraw it at any time.
Client Data Processed During Services
Where a client gives DCSolution access to personal data in Salesforce or another client system and DCSolution processes that data on the client's behalf, the client will normally be the controller and DCSolution the processor. That processing is governed by the applicable Data Processing Agreement and client instructions rather than this public privacy notice alone.
Sharing Information
We may share information with professional advisers, accountants, banks, insurers, IT and hosting providers, CRM or business-software providers, and other suppliers who support the consultancy, where appropriate and subject to suitable protections. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or in connection with legal claims.
International Transfers
If a service provider processes personal information outside the United Kingdom, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism where required and take proportionate steps to protect the information.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including contractual, accounting, tax, insurance, legal and dispute-resolution requirements. Enquiry records that do not lead to an engagement will normally be reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required. Client and contractual records may be retained for longer where needed to establish or defend legal rights.
Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights including access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions. To exercise a right, contact Info@DCSolution.co.uk.
Data Protection Complaints
If you have a concern about our handling of personal data, contact Info@DCSolution.co.uk. DCSolution will handle data-protection complaints in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
